Light Aerobics

For one very low price you can join our light aerobics class, which features a brief warm-up, followed by 30 minutes of aerobics, toning with hand weights, and finishing off with abdominal work.  Come and get fit in a friendly and fun atmosphere.  (7 weeks).

Instructor:  Darlene

Location:  Eisenhower Center

Day/Times:  Saturday, 9:30 - 10:30 AM

Fee:  $29 per session

Session 1:  January 23 - March 13

Session 2:  March 20 - May 15
