Here's your opportunity to participate in organized team sports and be a member of the Memorial Park District "Spartans". Practice starts
first week of August. - 5:30 PM at Eisenhower Park.
Parents bring the following documents for registration:

Current Physical
No equipment or uniforms will be issued until child is officially registered at the main office. Adults who are interested in coaching, certification is required. Call (708) 547-3900 for more information. Parent participation is required.
Physicals will be required before starting to practice.
