Yoga is a method of postures and breathing that helps a person experience more energy, better health and flexibility. It increases your ability to deal with the challenges of everyday life. Beginners learn the basic flow of yoga posture through the coordination of spine and body movements, with controlled breathing and deep relaxation of the entire muscle group.
Wear comfortable clothes such as tights, sweaters, leotards or shorts. (6 weeks)
