This class is for everyone - from the beginner to the experienced exerciser.
The instructor will make it fun, exciting and beneficial for all participants. The classes will include a warm-up, aerobics, toning from head to toe and cool-down.
The emphasis is on cardio for strengthening the heart, burning fat, and building muscular strength. (5 weeks)
